Is Delta-8 / hemp-derived THC legal?
The 2018 Farm Bill federally legalized hemp and hemp-derived cannabinoids containing no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight. Our products are derived from federally compliant hemp. State and local laws vary and change, so it is your responsibility to confirm these products are legal where you live before ordering. We do not ship to states where these items are restricted.
How old do I have to be to buy?
You must be at least 21 years old to purchase. We verify age at entry and may request verification at checkout. Orders that cannot be age-verified are cancelled and refunded.
Will these products show up on a drug test?
